Pizzetta Sfoglia (puff pastry little pizza)

Typical Sardinian pizza made with puff pastry filled with tomato sauce and (sometimes) capers. Usually eaten around mid-morning. Widespread product in Cagliari and in Southern Sardinia, less known in the north of the island.
