Cagliari Cruise Port has reached a remarkable milestone! Today, we proudly welcomed our 500,000th cruise passenger, Gaspare with Serena from Calabria. This achievement highlights the growing appeal of Cagliari as a premier destination on Mediterranean cruise itineraries.
To mark this special occasion, a warm welcome was extended to our lucky visitor by esteemed representatives, including our General Manager Raffaella del Prete, Head of Finance Renzo Pistis, President of the Port Authority of the Sardinian Sea Massimo Deiana, Marketing Manager Valeria Mangiarotti, and Costa Crociere’s Sales Manager Maurizio Caddia. Their presence underscored the significance of this event for both the port and the city.
As part of the celebration, Gaspare was awarded a special gift—a voucher for a round-trip flight to return to Cagliari and a two-night stay at the prestigious Palazzo Tirso. The prize was personally delivered by the hotel’s General Manager, Daniele Bassetti, further enhancing the warm hospitality that defines our city.
