A splendid sunny day provided the perfect backdrop for the first call of Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas at Cagliari Cruise Port, welcoming nearly 5,000 guests eager to explore the city and its surroundings.
Passengers flooded the streets of the historic center, discovering Cagliari’s charm, from its crystal-clear waters to its rich culinary traditions. Many indulged in local delicacies and artisanal products, ensuring they took home a taste of Sardinia before returning on board.
To mark this special occasion, a crest exchange ceremony was held on board, with the participation of Cagliari Cruise Port representatives, the Port Authority, the Harbour Master’s Office, and the entire port cluster. This long-standing maritime tradition symbolizes the beginning of a strong relationship between the ship and the destination.
